Accessing the system administrator mailbox - Starplus STSe flash voicemail

To access the System Administrator Mailbox:

  1. Dial into your system auto attendant by calling your main number from an outside telephone or internally by dialing any extension number in the range of 440-447
  2. When the system answers, dial * # followed by the on of the threee following System Administrator Mailbox Numbers depending on your extension dialing plan.:
    • #0 for a two-digit mailbox system
    • #00 for a three-digit mailbox system (Most Common)
    • #000 for a four-digit mailbox system
      The system will announce: “Mailbox 15-00”, which is the System Administrator Mailbox number.
  3. When requested, enter the System Administrator password. Ask the company that installed your system for the password.

  1. Dial 440
  2. Dial *#
  3. Dial #00
  4. Enter the System Administrator password.
