Change Name on Phone Screen NEC I-Series

From phone to be changed.

• Press speaker Key
• Dial 800
• Enter New Name (up to 10 digits) from One Touch keys (unlighted keys on top of phone) (see chart Below)
• Press CHECK after each letter
• Press HOLD to save
• Press speaker

LETTER CHART

• DSS1 Enter characters A-D.
• DSS2 Enter characters E-H.
• DSS3 Enter characters I-L.
• DSS4 Enter characters M-P.
• DSS5 Enter characters Q-T.
• DSS6 Enter characters U-Z.
• DSS7 Enter a hyphen (-).
• DSS8 Enter a blank space.
• DSS9 Enter extended ASCII characters.
• DSS10 Enter punctuation marks.
• CLEAR Clear the text entry if you want to start over.
• Dial pad digits 0-9, Enter number, # and * as part of name.
  • You don't need to press CHECK after dialing a dial pad digit (0-9, # and *).
