How to record your mailbox greeting.

NOTE - Recordings always sound better from the handset!

  • From your phone - lift the handset.
  • Press the TRANS/PGM button.
  • Dial 61
  • The system will prompt you to press the # to record and then - it plays the current recording if already recorded.
  • Press # to start recording
  • Press the HOLD/SAVE key to end recording.
  • Hangup
